Those are all responses to when girls hear a rumor. This is going to clear up all your confusion.
Ninjas: This confuses many penguins. First off I highly dought that you can become a ninja in clubpenguin. There was a rumor that if you wait in the dojo for half an a hour and not move. You can talk and throw snowballs through. Yes, I did waste half an hour of my life doing that. If you succeeded a ninja was supposed to come and ask you if you wanted to become a ninja. In the old Clubpenguinchat3 that you can access through rocketsnail.com according to Watex/fever. 
But in the new clubpenguin instead of ninja’s there were secret agents. What’s weird is that if ninja’s don’t exist why does clubpenguin still use them alote. 
Like this, if you press N at the front page. The penguin turns into a ninja.
And the last easter egg in the easter hunt.
Rockhopper’s key:
There is rumored to be a key to Rockhopper’s Captain Quarters, which is bolted tightly shut. It is said to be under the iceberg and you will get it if you tip the iceberg. But in truth there is no key. Look on his door, there is a sign that says he is keeping his room locked up to clean it. I saw Rockhopper for myself at the iceberg and he said “NO PENGUIN BE ABLE TO GET IN, I BE CLEANIN OUT ME QUARTERS”.
